Limited Warranty

This product is warranted for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. This warranty is only enforceable by the original purchaser. Except as specified below, this warranty cover all defects in material and workmanship in this product. Kelly Aviation company's liability for any defective product is limited to the repair or replacement of the product at our option.

The following are not covered by the warranty:

Batteries
Damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from accident, acts of nature, misuse, abuse, unauthorized product modification or repair, or any other cause that does not relate to product defect
Damage to or loss of any product during shipment

Exclusion of Implied Warranties

Kelly Aviation Company makes no express warranty other than the warranty set forth herein, and all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, hereby are excluded.

Exclusion of Damages

Kelly Aviation Company shall not be liable for:

Damages to other property caused by any defects in this product
Damages based upon inconvenience, loss of the use of the product, or comercial loss
Any other damages, whether incidental, consequential, or otherwise

Please include your name, address, and a complete description of the problem, when you ship an instrument back. Kelly Aviation Company will pay return shipping charges if the repairs are covered by warranty.
